Are your toys safe for young children?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All our products meet or exceed U.S. safety standards. For toys with small parts, we clearly mark age recommendations. Bath toys are made from non-toxic materials, and outdoor play equipment includes necessary safety features.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and check out faster next time!
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a secure link to create a new password.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Houston headquarters! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Our checkout system will automatically notify you if we can’t deliver to your location.
How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS

All orders include tracking information sent via email once shipped.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track on their websites. For Free Shipping (EMS), use the EMS tracking portal.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/PayPal.
