Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) and offer two convenient shipping options:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Please note: All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Our Easy Returns Policy
We want every child to be delighted with their new toys! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original, unopened packaging with all tags attached
- In new, unused condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Bath Toys (once packaging is opened)
- Dollie & Me clothing and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Costumes (if tags are removed or packaging is opened)
- Any item that shows signs of use or is not in resalable condition
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our warehouse at 3445 Patterson Street, Houston, US 77002. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your return request email, clearly state what item you’d like as an exchange
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your dollhouse, learning toy, or any other item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
